Cottage 100sq.m of ground and first floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room – kitchen. A cozy veranda with a dining table under a shady canopy in the courtyard and a huge balcony of bedrooms on the second floor. An amazing panoramic view of the sea opens to your eyes from all the premises of the house and courtyard.
Sea Dream is located in the resort of Mola Kaliva in the Kasandrea area on the Halkidiki Peninsula for 1 hour driving from Macedonia Airport to Thessaloniki.

Our office assures that all our accommodations are cleaned and disinfected according to the standards set by the European Union for the treatment of the disease COVID-19 with steam cleaners and appropriate disinfectants.

Two-level apartment 100 sq.m. Sea Dream 1:

Living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a cozy front veranda with a dining table under a shady canopy changing into a courtyard with a lawn and palm trees. A huge top veranda on the second floor for morning coffee admiring the delightful views of the sea and the surrounding landscapes. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom and a shower room with a wc on the second, two bedrooms (a master bedroom and a children’s room) with a luxurious view of the sea from the beds, a shower room with a wc. Both bedrooms on the second floor have balcony doors and exit to the veranda.

In the parents’ bedroom there is one double bed, in the nursery there are two single beds, in the lower bedroom there are one single beds. The house is furnished with exquisite taste and is equipped with all necessary appliances, air conditioning, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, TV, DVD, very good WI-FI, mosquito nets on windows, 2 beach folding chairs, as well as dishes, bed linen and towels.

Complex Sea Dream:

Sea Dream complex is located in front of the sea, walking along the path leading to the beach only a few meters you go directly to the beach. The beach is adjacent to the wall of the complex courtyard. At the exit to the beach there are two showers.
The territory of the complex is very beautifully decorated, lawns, stone paths, flower beds, ornamental trees and palms and is beautifully illuminated in the evening. The whole yard is in the common use of all the residents of the complex.
The beach near the complex sand in interspersed with small stones, crystal clear and not deep. At 150m. -200m. on the beach to the side of the complex are two scourge bars with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a pizzeria – restaurant Villa Maria and Kudu Beach Bar with delicious pancakes.

Fish can be bought directly from fishermen from a fish-shop on wheels which every morning rides past the complex and offers fresh fish.

Дуже гарні апартаменти, відпочивали в вересні з дітьми, всім сподобалось, чисті прибрані номера, до моря декілька метрів, господарі дуже приємні, допомагали з усіма питаннями.

Гарний дом!!! Море поруч , комфортний пляж людей не багато,с початку при вході каміння,потім пісок метрів 50(глибина 140-170) вода чиста без водоростей. Тихий район,поруч ресторани,кафе недалеко супермаркети. Все сподобалось,наші рекомендації!!!!

We’ve stayed in these wonderful apartments late summer and it was absolutely amazing. The large apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Only a short walk to the beach, a perfect location. The host is incredibly lovely, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We hope to be back very soon! We highly recommend this stay for everyone.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING TERMS AND POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the link YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the prepaid payment amount specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date Of Down Payment Amount and to complete its reservation.       – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the leased object at the agreed time and handing over of the keys and also the reception of the object on the day of departure, the surrender of the house.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the tenant to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal functioning, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).

      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. The entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
