Luxury villa Take Off for a comfortable stay of 9 people. 400 square meters on four levels with an internal elevator consists of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a huge living room with a seating area and comfortable sofas with amazing views of the sea and the pool area through the huge front windows of the living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Also in the courtyard of the villa there is also a fully equipped BBQ area with a huge dining table for 10 people and also panoramic sea views.
The poolside relaxation area is equipped with sunbeds and comfortable sofas on the covered veranda where you can relax in the shade during the hot season. Through the front windows of the living room direct access to the pool area and the courtyard. Also in the villa there is a garage for two cars.
For a comfortable sleep of our guests in three bedrooms of which two are master with a private bathroom there are large double beds with very comfortable American mattresses. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, as well as a sofa in the lobby of the second floor for the 9th guest.

Each bedroom has a TV and wardrobe.
Also a huge smart TV with surround sound system in the living room.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nesresso coffee machine, kettle with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster.       TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 07:30  morning).
      – The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the reference YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the pre-paid sum specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date of Down Payment Amount and complete its reservation.       CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:

      NOTIFICATION- COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS).
