The house consists of a living room – kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor, and two bedrooms and a second toilet on the second floor. Also in the courtyard by the pool there is a second shower. A huge veranda with a large dining table and tables for morning coffee with a panoramic view of the sea in front of the house. The house is furnished in traditional Greek island style and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The island of Evia is famous for its many popular sandy beaches as well as quiet bays with small beaches for lovers of a relaxing relaxation by the sea. The nearest beautiful sandy beach is at the hotel El Greco Eretria, with sun beds and umbrellas and water sports. The popular Eva Camping beach is about 10-12 min. driving from home, also with a scourge bar, sun loungers and umbrellas, sandy and not deep with a gentle entrance to the sea, ideal for relaxing with children of any age.
We also recommend visiting the popular beaches of “Chiliadou” “Kalamos” which are on the opposite side of the island for about 90 min. way from the villa. Also, Eretria is a very important archaeological center where you can visit the ancient tomb, the ancient theater, the archaeological museum and the ancient Greek baths.
For the evening walk we advise the resort of Eretria and Chalkida with a developed tourist infrastructure. Promenade promenades with many cafes, cocktail bars, nightclubs and traditional taverns.

The villa is 110km away. from the Athens airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” in about 90 minutes driving.
There are several ways to get to the villa.
You can go straight to the island of Evia by car. The distance from Athens to Eretria through the bridge in Chalkida connecting the island with the mainland will be about 80 km. On the national road “ATHINON-LAMIAS” to the exit from Chalkida. When you reach the city of Chalkida, simply follow the direction to the southern part of the island and you will reach Eretria.
The second way to get to Eretria will make your trip more fascinating. You can get to Eretria via the port village of Scala Oropou, ferry directly to Eretria. The distance from the airport to Skala Oropou is about 70 km. It’s 50 minutes drive. Ferries every 30 minutes. And the journey takes about 25 minutes to reach the opposite side. The cost of a ferry boat is 2 € per person and 6 € per car (without driver).

Very comfortable and beautiful villa with adorable hosts. This house has a soul, it is very cozy and friendly thanks to its owners. Mary and Stathis very caring, attentive, sincere, friendly and nice people. We spent at this villa 14 days. On the island we drive by car. Beautiful island close to Athens. Amaising sea, nature, beaches, historical monasteries – very impressive. Villa very comfortable, with all thisngs you need, swimming pool, incredible view to the sea and the lowland! Barbecue, beautiful garden, silence, fresh air and starlit sky. It was a dream vacation!

Wspaniały wypoczynek. Z rodziną spędziłem nie zapomniany tydzień. Właściciele super. Odwiedzam Evię od kilkunastu lat i następne wakacje planuję spędzić w tym przepięknym miejscu. Dlaczego tam? Bo jest wszystko to co lubię spokój, niesamowite widoki, i komfort. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi, jest wszystko żeby odpocząć.
– The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
– The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 07:30 morning).
– The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
– It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
– The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
– The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.
BOOKING TERMS AND POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY:
– from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the link YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the prepaid payment amount specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date Of Down Payment Amount and to complete its reservation. – the agency undertakes to transfer the tenant to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal functioning, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
