The complex consists of 4 completely separate apartments, each with a private entrance from the courtyard of the complex.

The residential area of the complex is 230 sq. m and consists of two buildings, the main building of 150 sq. m where the apartments Lagonissi Residence 1 and 2 are located and the second building of 80 sq. m in which the apartments Lagonissi Residence 3 and 4 are located just a few steps from the pool and have a wonderful view of the garden of the complex. The territory of the garden is 1500 sq.m.
VIP apartment Lagonissi Residence 1 with an area of 75 square meters consist of two bedrooms, living room – kitchen and bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The apartment occupies the entire top floor of the central building of the complex and has a large front veranda overlooking the garden and pool area.
Apartment Lagonissi Residence 2 with an area of 75sq.m, consists of one bedroom, a huge living room, kitchen and bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people. This apartment occupies the entire lower floor of the central building of the complex and opens directly onto the pool area.
Apartment Lagonissi Residence 3 with an area of 52 square meters and consist of one bedroom, living room – kitchen and bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. This apartment is located in the second building of the complex and has a cozy patio with a dining table overlooking the pool area and garden.
Studio Lagonissi Residence 4 is a studio apartment with a kitchenette and a bathroom for 2 persons. This apartment is also located in the second building of the complex and has a cozy patio with a dining table overlooking the garden.

Lagonissi Residence complex is located in the popular resort of Lagonisi – Kalivia Thorikou in Attica, just 20 minutes drive from Athens airport and 40min. drive from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.
The nearest beach with a beach bar, sun loungers and umbrellas Heaven Beach Bar is 1.2 km away from the complex. Sandy beach with a gentle entrance to the sea, ideal for families with children of any age. Near the beach there is an elite hotel Lagonisi Resort and two restaurants, one with seafood and the other with pancakes and pizza.
The nearest grocery store is 700m. from the complex and the nearest pizza – restaurant 600m.
For big shopping and evening walks, we recommend the central avenue of the Lagonisi resort, 1.5 km. from the complex. There you will find several supermarkets, butchers, vegetable and fish shops, clothing stores, pharmacies, a large children’s complex with inflatable slides and animation. There are also many restaurants and cafes for your evening stroll.
The complex has excellent public transport links to Athens. The bus stop to Athens is 1.2 km away from the complex next to the beach. Bus 122 goes to the nearest station of the Athens metro Eliniko and there by metro 10 minutes. and you are in the center of Athens.
Also, while living in our complex, you can visit many other beautiful beaches of the Saronic coast of Attica, which are located 5-15 minutes distance by car, such as Varkiza beach with many beach bars and water sports and entertainment, Saronida beach, Anavissos beach, Mavro Lithari, etc. and many cozy quiet coves all along the coast waiting to be discovered. We advise you to visit the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion 25min. drive from the complex and Lake Voulyagmenis 17 min. drive from the complex.
– The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
– The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents.
– We ask our guests to observe the public quiet hour from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:30 in the morning. During public quiet hours, use of the pool is prohibited.
– It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
– The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members, since there is no lifeguard in the complex. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
– The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
– The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.
BOOKING TERMS AND POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY:
– from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the link YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the prepaid payment amount specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date Of Down Payment Amount and to complete its reservation. In this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. – The deposit for the preservation of property will be returned to the lessee at the time the leased object is handed over, unless there are any claims for compensation for damage to the equipment or furniture of the leased object, the tenant or members of his family.
– The Tenant undertakes to arrive at the leased object with the number of persons indicated in the reservation details in the confirmation voucher. Otherwise, we reserve the right to either not receive additional guests in the house, or to demand payment from him for additional persons.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY:
– in case the client chooses the method of prepayment payment by bank transfer or the Unistream system, the agency undertakes to provide the customer with a confirmation voucher of his reservation as soon as the advance payment is received by the agency.
– after completion of the booking, the agency undertakes to provide the Guarantee Armor to the client with the passport data of all members of his group or family for manifestation to the embassy and obtaining a visa.
– the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the leased object at the agreed time and handing over of the keys and also the reception of the object on the day of departure, the surrender of the house.
– the agency undertakes to transfer the tenant to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal functioning, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).

– the agency undertakes to repair the malfunction within two days in case of equipment failure during the lease period.
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
– to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
NOTIFICATION- COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS).
In connection with the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, if there is a new border closure, the emergency policies apply with full refund of the deposit up to 7 days before check in.
– in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. The entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
