TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
– The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
– The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
– The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
– It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
– The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.
RESERVATION POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
– from the moment the tenant receives booking accept, the tenant is obliged to make the prepayment amount specified in the application by the date indicated in the table. During this period, the rental property is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. In case of failure to make an advance payment within the agreed period, the agency and administrator have the right to offer the object to other clients and this BOOKING ACCEPT post is considered invalid.
— The tenant undertakes to pay the remaining amount of the rent, the amount of the security deposit for the safety of the property and the amount for final cleaning of the house on the day of arrival and check-in as agreed at the time of booking.
— The deposit for the safety of property is returned to the tenant at the time of departure from the property, except in cases where there are claims for compensation for damage caused by the tenant or members of his family in the rented property.
— The tenant undertakes to come to the rental facility with the number of people indicated in the voucher. If there are more guests than those indicated in the voucher, the agency reserves the right either not to accept additional guests in the house, or to require the tenant to pay for additional people.
– Check-in time is after 16:00, check-out time is before 11:00.
— the tenant and his group undertake to observe the silence regime established in Greece from 15:00 to 17:30 and after 23:00.
— organizing parties and events in the rented premises is strictly prohibited.
— Pets are allowed only with a special pre-established permission and must be indicated on the voucher as an additional service.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AGENCY:
— if the client chooses to pay the prepayment by bank transfer, the agency undertakes to provide the client with a booking confirmation voucher as soon as the agency receives the prepayment.
— The agency is obliged to organize a meeting of the client in the rented premises at an agreed time and handover of the keys. Or send contactless check-in instructions to your rental property.
— the agency undertakes to hand over to the tenant the rental property in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the rental property in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary facilities. (water supply, sewerage).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation of a reservation by the tenant, the tenant has the right:
— receive the full amount of the prepayment minus bank fees if the reservation is canceled earlier than 40 days before the start date of the rental (check-in).
— in case of cancellation of a booking by the agency due to a natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. the entire prepayment amount is returned to the tenant without any additional fees.
