TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
– The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
– The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 07:30 morning).
– The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
– It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
– The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
– The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.
BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
– from the moment the tenant receives the link YOUR RESERVATION IS ACCEPTED, the tenant is obliged to make the prepayment amount specified in the request by the date specified in the table “Prepayment Amount” and complete the reservation. During this period, the rental object is in the booking process and is not offered by the agency to other clients. In case of failure to make the prepayment at the agreed time, the agency and the administrator have the right to offer the object to other clients, and after this link YOUR RESERVATION IS ACCEPTED is considered invalid.
– The tenant undertakes to pay the remaining amount of the rent, the amount of the security deposit for the safety of the property and the amount for the final cleaning of the house on the day of his/her move into the rental object.
– The security deposit will be returned to the tenant upon handover of the rental property, unless there are any claims for compensation for damage to the equipment or furniture of the rental property, the tenant or his family members.
– The tenant undertakes to arrive at the rental property in the number of people specified in the booking data in the confirmation voucher. Otherwise, we reserve the right either not to accept additional guests in the house, or to require payment for additional people from him.
– Check-in time – after 16:00, and check-out time – before 11:00.
– pets are allowed only with a special, pre-established permission, and must be indicated in the voucher as an additional paid service
AGENCY’S OBLIGATIONS:
– if the client chooses the prepayment method by bank transfer, the agency undertakes to provide the client with a voucher confirming his booking as soon as the agency receives the prepayment.
– the agency is obliged to organize a meeting of the client in the rented premises at the agreed time and hand over the keys. Or send instructions for contactless arrival at the rented premises.
– the agency undertakes to hand over to the tenant the rental object in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the rental object in working order and in normal condition, as well as sanitary facilities (water supply, sewage).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the tenant, the tenant has the right to:
– receive the full amount of the prepayment minus bank losses, if the cancellation occurs earlier than 40 days before the start date of the rental (arrival).
– in case of cancellation of the reservation by the tenant in a period of less than 40 days before the check-in date, the advance payment made for the reservation is not refundable.
– in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to a natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc., the entire prepayment amount is returned to the tenant without any additional fees.
