How We Work
Step 1:
Reservation
Help with the selection of apartments and the process of booking.
Step 2:
Visa

Step 3:
Meeting at the airport and transfer
If you book with us at the airport and transfer, our employee will wait for you in the airport waiting room with a sign with your name.
Step 4:
Transfer of keys
The owner of the house or representative of the agency will wait for you at the agreed time in the house for the transfer of keys. Please let us know when you arrive at the apartment.

TERMS OF USE VIA VIVA PAYMENTS SYSTEM
Specific Terms per occupation category (Professional User)
HOTELS
Fortunes payment card fee for reservation charged through VIVA PAYMENTS can be made within the existing legal framework (Article 8 N.1652 / 10.30.1986) where the written consent (handwritten signature) client on the text has been cancellation policy / terms of use of the hotel in the customer’s language and photo-copy of (a) the identity or the customer’s passport, (b) the customer’s payment card, with only overt the front and covered the intermediate digits of.

Special Conditions where keying payment card
In the case of payment card typing, where if this option is available, o Professional User is obliged beyond customer identification and verification actions concerned as the legitimate holder of the payment card to carry out the following actions:
Download handwritten signature of the customer on the transaction document (receipt or invoice or order form etc.) and maintaining it for a period of 12 months.
Comparing the signature of the customer on the transaction document with the sample of the identification card or passport
Record and maintain name, address, telephone number and electronic mail address (e-mail) client
In case of discrepancies the data of the payment card with the customer’s identification documents or general doubts as to the legality of possession of a payment card, o Professional User shall refrain from transaction and immediately notifies VIVA PAYMENTS.
Depending on the result of the check for the security of transactions carried out by PAYMENTS VIVA or individual characteristics of the transaction, VIVA PAYMENTS may ask ton Professional User and o Professional User must provide the VIVA PAYMENTS document the manual transaction signed by the customer, photocopy of identity card or the client’s passport, a photocopy of the front of the customer payment card masked intermediate digits of and, hand undersignedl by the customer, Terms & Cancellation Policy Professional User printed on the customer’s language.
