The scope of our activities is the rental of villas and apartments for summer holidays and travel throughout Greece. The agency has been in the resort real estate market since 2012 and has a good work experience to better serve our customers and provide quality services.  There are objects for recreation for different tastes and opportunities, starting from the cheapest apartments in complexes and ending with elite villas. The main base of our houses is located in the Athenian region next to the historic city of Athens (the so-called Attica resort), and the central office of our agency is also located there.

REGION OF ATTICA.

The Attica is almost in center of southern Greece and is an emerging tourist center in recent years not only for the purpose of Athens and the historical center but also for the international airport “ELEFTHERIOS VENIZELOS” situated in the center of Attica very near to all seaside resorts of Attica.

The famous seaside resorts of  Attica (Saronida, Porto Rafti, Lagonisi, Nea Makri, Marathon, Rafina, Mati, Sounio e.t.c). Breath taking combination, landscape of sea and sky with green enviroment suitable for peaceful family vacations with big sandy beaches and organized with beach bars, sunbeds, umbrellas ideal for children and also small deserted beaches and gulfs for lovers of lonely swiming in the sea. All these are waiting to be discovered and to enjoy the crystal clear waters of them.

The Attica is full of attractions. The essential is Athens with the Acropolis and the historical center at distance 40 to 50 minutes drive from most seaside areas of Attica. Its also worthing to visit the Attica zoological park at Spata, which is known throughout Europe and your kids are going to love it, the discount village also at Spata for all day shopping at a huge area including many commercial shops, restaurants, cafeterias and a big kids park for our little friends. Also you can visit the lake of Vouliagmeni situated in the area of Vouliagmeni, a beautiful litle lake that has generated natural between small hils. Tha Attica has a transport network very developed with buses, trains and metro to all directions, if you decide not to use car for your movements and also very developed road net mainly to ATTICA ROAD which connects almost all areas of Attica.

All areas of Attica have the necessary infrastructure in shops, super markets, pharmacies, health centers, cafes and restaurants, playlands and parks but over all smily and hosted people.
