Willa rozłożona jest na trzech piętrach i składa się z pięciu sypialni, trzech łazienek, salonu z częścią wypoczynkową z sofami, telewizorem i stołem jadalnym, a także dużej jadalni i w pełni wyposażonej kuchni.
Główne wejście do willi znajduje się na parterze, gdzie znajduje się salon z jadalnią i dużym stołem jadalnym, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, dwie sypialnie oraz łazienka z prysznicem i toaletą.       – The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
