Grand View and Pool, Luxury Villa is a modern large villa with an ideal layout for a large group of guests.
The villa is located on three floors and consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a seating area with sofas, a TV and a dining table, as well as a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The central entrance to the villa is on the ground floor where there is a living-dining room with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the dining room there is access to a large terrace with a second large dining table as well as to the pool area and the courtyard. Through the large front windows of the dining room you have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the pool area.
One of the bedrooms on this floor has a large double bed and the second has a bunk bed which also has one pull-out drawer bed, this makes three single beds, we call this room the children’s room.
One floor above, on the top floor of the villa, there is a large living room with a seating area equipped with comfortable sofas and a TV, and large windows through which you can admire the incredible sea view 24 hours a day.
From the living room there is an exit to the front veranda where you can also enjoy the incredible sea view. The living room also has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a coffee maker. In addition, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, each of which has a large double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The lower floor of the villa is located in a semi-basement. There you will find one large hall in which there is a folding double sofa that can be converted into either one double bed or two single beds, there is also a work desk and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. We call this the fifth bedroom and it is usually liked by teenagers.
The villa is very spacious and modernly furnished. All double beds are 1.60 wide. There are air conditioners in every room of the villa, in every bedroom, living room and dining room. The yard and pool area are fenced, which creates comfort and privacy.

      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 07:30  morning).
      – The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

      – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the rented facility at the agreed time and handover of the keys. Or send instructions for contactless arrival at the rental property.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the leased object to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
