Great Villa for short or long stays. Fully equipped and the decoration was very cosy. Felt like home.
We really enjoyed it although the weather wasnt on our side.
Will definitely visit again when the weather is much warmer.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:

      – The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
      – The organization of parties and events and gatherings of groups of more than 8-9  persons is strictly prohibited.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The villa has only one parking space in the courtyard of the house. It is strictly forbidden to leave more than one car in the yard on the lawn.
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      CANCELLATION POLICY:
