The villa is located just 300 m from the sea and the beach and in the very center of the resort of Lagonisi, 20 minutes drive from Athens airport and 50 minutes from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.
Mini-villa 65 sq.m. consists of two bedrooms, a hallway, a kitchen and a bathroom. The house has a private pool and a large fenced yard with a lawn and flowers for your kids to play in. In the yard there is a dining table, sun loungers and a grill for grilling on coal. Private parking in front of the house.
The location of the villa is just perfect, the villa is located on the central avenue of the resort of Lagonisi, next to many shops, cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars for an evening walk. Opposite the house is a beautiful park and an amphitheater. The nearest beach *To Kioski* with a restaurant and umbrellas is 300m from the house. The stop of bus 122 which goes to the nearest Athens metro station Eliniko is only 200m from the house.

The entire territory of the house and the pool are for the personal use of our guests only. In the yard there is a dining table, sun loungers and a grill for frying on coal. Personal parking in front of the house.
The house consists of two bedrooms, a hallway, a separate kitchen room and a bathroom. In the first bedroom there is one large double bed and one single bed, in the second bedroom there is one large double bed. Also, the sofa in the hallway can be folded out into a single bed, this makes 5-6 comfortable sleeping places.
The house after a general renovation is very comfortably furnished with all new furniture and equipped with all new appliances. Three air conditioners, in the bedroom, in the living room and in the kitchen. Two TVs, WI-FI, mosquito nets on all balcony windows, wardrobes in each room, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels. Also a fully equipped kitchen: – large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, French coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, multi mixer and microwave oven.

Lagonisi Resort is 20 minutes from Athens Airport and 50 minutes from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.
Literally a few steps from the house you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bakery with buns and sweets for breakfast, only 50m. from the house. Cafe – ice cream for children, cocktail bar for your evening walk, pharmacy, hairdresser, gym, spa salon and several restaurants with meat and seafood are only 100 m maximum 300 m from the house.Large supermarket, 500 m from the house. Opposite the house there is a beautiful park where you can go for a walk with your children and an amphitheater.
Our mini-villa is an ideal place to relax without a car as literally everything is within walking distance and very close.
The nearest beach is Kioski, 300 m from the house, equipped with municipal umbrellas, and there is also a cafe-restaurant next to the beach. Access to the beach via an underground passage. The second beach of Agios Nikolaos with a beach bar with sun loungers and umbrellas is located 600 m from the house. The Grand Resort Lagonissi is located 1.5 km from the house.
Also ideally connected to Athens by public transport. The stop of bus 122, which goes to the nearest Athens metro station Elinik, is only 200 m from the house.

Fantastic location and the house was perfect.
Very good spaces (the rooms were perfect for a family of four). The garden and the pool made our vacation even better. Air cons in every room, was refreshing when is 40+ degrees outside. Amenities like coffee machine, espresso machine and even coffee and sugar was an extra bonus. You don’t find this in many rentals. The neighborhood is very alive, you feel that you are in an island. With cafes, souvlaki places and bars. Mini markets, bakery shops. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We will come back again for sure.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      RESERVATION POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment the tenant receives booking accept, the tenant is obliged to make the prepayment amount specified in the application by the date indicated in the table. During this period, the rental property is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. In case of failure to make an advance payment within the agreed period, the agency and administrator have the right to offer the object to other clients and this BOOKING ACCEPT post is considered invalid.
      — The tenant undertakes to pay the remaining amount of the rent, the amount of the security deposit for the safety of the property and the amount for final cleaning of the house on the day of arrival and check-in as agreed at the time of booking.

      — the agency undertakes to hand over to the tenant the rental property in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the rental property in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary facilities.       CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of a reservation by the tenant, the tenant has the right:
      — receive the full amount of the prepayment minus bank fees if the reservation is canceled earlier than 40 days before the start date of the rental (check-in).
      — in case of cancellation of a booking by the agency due to a natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. the entire prepayment amount is returned to the tenant without any additional fees.
