The Daydream apartment of 65 sq.m. is located on the lower level of the central building of the complex, literally opposite the pool. The apartment has a private courtyard and a veranda under a shaded canopy with a seating area with a sofa and a table for relaxing during the hot hours of the day. From the veranda, courtyard and living room of the apartment, you will enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the sea. In the courtyard of the apartment there is also a dining table for romantic dinners in the courtyard overlooking the sea and the pool. The apartment consists of a living room, one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The pool and the area around the pool are shared by all three apartments of the complex. Our complex is located on the southern coast of the Athenian Riviera, only 800m. from a beautiful sandy beach with several beach bars with sun loungers and umbrellas, restaurants and cafes, as well as 20 minutes drive from Athens airport and 45 minutes from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.

The price of the apartment indicated on the website does not include taxes. Ecological tax is 8 euros per day, and 13% vat.

Our apartment is located in the mini complex Harmony in the resort of Lagonisi on the southern coast of the Athenian Riviera. Our complex is a paradise for relaxation just 20 minutes drive from Athens airport. The complex has a huge oval infinity pool and a beautiful green garden on three levels. The green garden of the complex in combination with the pool, which in its depth merges with the blue of the Aegean Sea, create a delightful landscape of harmony, comfort and relaxation. The recreation area near the pool is equipped with sun loungers and tables in the shade of trees for relaxation during the hot time of the day so that our guests can relax and enjoy every minute of their stay with us. Living in our complex you will enjoy the amazing Greek landscapes – a combination of greenery, flowers and the blue of the Aegean Sea, birds singing and the harmony of nature, peace and quiet.

The Daydream apartment has sleeping places for 4 people. There is a large double bed in the bedroom and two comfortable folding corner sofas in the living room. The apartment is beautifully furnished and well equipped with household appliances. There are two air conditioners, in the bedrooms and in the living room, WI-FI, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets on the living room windows, bed linen and towels, as well as towels for the pool. Also a fully equipped kitchen: two refrigerators with a freezer, electric stove, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker, microwave, kitchen utensils and dishes.

Overview of the area and infrastructure:

Our apartment is located in the resort of Lagonisi – Kalyvia Thorikou in Attica, just 20 minutes drive from Athens airport and 45 minutes drive from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.
The nearest beach with several beach bars with sun loungers and umbrellas, cafes and restaurants is only 800 m. from the complex. The beach is sandy with a gentle entrance to the sea, ideal for relaxing with children of any age. Access to the beach is via an underground passage, you do not have to cross the seaside highway. 700 m. from the house there is a large supermarket *Kritikos* where you will find everything you need, this is a large supermarket with a meat and vegetable department, as well as ready-made food in a bag, which is very convenient for those who do not like to cook during their vacation. Also 700 m. from the complex there is a cafe – bakery Apollonio where you can have breakfast in the morning or go for coffee or ice cream in the evening. For evening walks we recommend the seaside alley of the resort Varkiza which is only 12 minutes drive from the complex and has a huge number of restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars near the sea. Also our complex has excellent public transport connections with Athens. The bus stop to Athens is 700 m from the complex on the beach road. Bus 122 goes to the nearest Athens metro station Eliniko and from there by metro 10 minutes and you are in the center of Athens.

Also, while living in our complex, you can visit many other beautiful beaches of the southern coast of the Athenian Riviera, which are 5-15 minutes away. Such as Varkiza beach with many beach bars and water sports and entertainment, Saronida beach, Anavissos beach, Mauro Litari, etc. and many cozy quiet bays along the entire coast that are waiting for you to discover them. We recommend visiting the Temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounion, 30 minutes drive from the complex, and Lake Vouliagmeni, 17 minutes drive from the complex.

General information about the house:

1. The complex has a separate laundry room with a washing machine, folding clothes hangers, everything you need for cleaning (brushes, mops, bowls, vacuum cleaner and detergents). The laundry is shared by all three apartments.
2. The complex is home to three very beautiful and friendly cats that were left to us as a dowry from the previous owners. Cats live only in the yard; they are not allowed inside the house. Please be careful and close the doors or mosquito nets on the balcony windows.
3. There is no parking on the territory of the house, but you can easily park your car in front of the house or on the street near the house.
4. Although the complex is only 800 m from the beach and it is only a 10-minute walk, still returning from the beach you will have to walk up the slope and this may be a little tiring for some of you, so when planning your holiday in our house, take this into account and perhaps arrange a car rental.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the reference YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the pre-paid sum specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date of Down Payment Amount and complete its reservation. In this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. In the event that the prepayment is not paid at the agreed time, the agency and the administrator have the right to offer the facility to other customers and this post YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, it is considered invalid.
      – The Lessee undertakes to pay the remaining amount of the rent, the amount of the insurance deposit for the preservation of the property and the amount for the final cleaning of the house on the day of his / her arrival in the leased object.
      – The deposit for the preservation of property will be returned to the lessee at the time the leased object is handed over, unless there are any claims for compensation for damage to the equipment or furniture of the leased object, the tenant or members of his family.
      – The Tenant undertakes to arrive at the leased object with the number of persons indicated in the reservation details in the confirmation voucher. Otherwise, we reserve the right to either not receive additional guests in the house, or to demand payment from him for additional persons.
      – Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is before 11:00.

      OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY:
      – in case the client chooses the method of prepayment payment by bank transfer , the agency undertakes to provide the client with a confirmation voucher of his reservation as soon as the advance payment is received by the agency.
      – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the rented facility at the agreed time and handover of the keys. Or send instructions for contactless arrival at the rental property.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the leased object to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. , the entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
