Villa 210sqm is ideally planned for 8 persons. There are 4 master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern amenities so that our guests enjoy every minute of their vacation.
Each bedroom has: air conditioning, TV and a wardrobe for clothes and linen. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa with a coffee table, dining table, TV, LCD, DVD and air conditioning. In the courtyard by the pool, balcony furniture, parasols, sun loungers and a second dining table for romantic pool dinners.
For the household part there are: – a washing machine and a dishwasher, an electric stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a boiler and a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Also mini fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker on the second floor.

The villa is located away from the village in a very quiet secluded place on the slope of the embankment hill with cedar forest coming directly to the sea. The nearest sandy beach Spartohori beach with beach bar Agrios Beach Bar and Taverna Spilia restaurant is 600m. from the villa. In the village of Spartohori and in the port of Spilia you will find many more restaurants, cafes, food and souvenir shops.

From the airport Lefkas – Aktio 40-50 min. drive to the resort of Nydri in the south-eastern side of the island of Lefkada. Also Lefkada island from Athens can be reached by car, it is approximately 4-5 hours on the highway. From Nidri 30 min. with ferry to the port of Spilia in Spartohori. The ferry is from 7.00 to 19.30 almost every hour. From the port Spilia to the villa 5 min. driving. Entering the port of Spilia, you will admire the amazing ensemble that your villa creates against the background of the green forest and turquoise sea.
– The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
– The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 07:30 morning).
– The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
– It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
– The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
– The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.
BOOKING TERMS AND POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY:
– from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the link YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the prepaid payment sum specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date Of Down Payment Amount and to complete its reservation. In this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the leased object at the agreed time and handing over of the keys and also the reception of the object on the day of departure, the surrender of the house.
– the agency undertakes to transfer the tenant to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal functioning, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).

In connection with the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, if there is a new border closure, the emergency policies apply with full refund of the deposit up to 7 days before check in.
– in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. The entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
