The beach has a dock for small yachts and a small sandy beach. On the pier there are sun loungers and umbrellas and a ladder for entering into the water for a secluded relaxation by the sea and swimming. It is very convenient for you to relax with your personal boat or a small yacht. The nearest organized beach is Spartohori beach with Agrios Beach Bar and Taverna Spilia restaurant, located 600m. from the villa. The 210sqm villa consists of 4 master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the yard there is a grill and parking for two cars. The villa is comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern amenities so that our guests can enjoy every minute of their vacation.

On the pier there are sun loungers and umbrellas and a ladder for entering the water for a secluded rest by the sea and swimming. A delightful panoramic view of the sea, Scorpio Island and the green mountain landscape opens up to your eyes from all areas of the house and yard.
Villa 210sqm is ideally planned for 8 persons. There are 4 master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern amenities so that our guests enjoy every minute of their vacation.
Each bedroom has: air conditioning, TV and a wardrobe for clothes and linen. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa with a coffee table, dining table, TV, LCD, DVD and air conditioning. In the courtyard by the pool, balcony furniture, parasols, sun loungers and a second dining table for romantic pool dinners.

For the household part there are: – a washing machine and a dishwasher, an electric stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a boiler and a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Also mini fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker on the second floor.
In the upper part of the yard there is parking for 3 cars. The road leading to the villa is completely asphalted.

HOW TO GET TO OUR HOUSE:

From the airport Lefkas – Aktio 40-50 min. drive to the resort of Nydri in the south-eastern side of the island of Lefkada. Also Lefkada island from Athens can be reached by car, it is approximately 4-5 hours on the highway. From Nidri 30 min. with ferry to the port of Spilia in Spartohori. The ferry is from 7.00 to 19.30 almost every hour. From the port Spilia to the villa 5 min. driving. Entering the port of Spilia, you will admire the amazing ensemble that your villa creates against the background of the green forest and turquoise sea.

      Terms of house

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 07:30  morning).
      – The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING TERMS AND POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY:

      – the agency undertakes to transfer the tenant to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal functioning, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).

      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. The entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
