Villa Golden Sun with swimming pool and jacuzzi

The villa consists of 3 large bedrooms, a huge living room – dining room, a separate kitchen room, a second mini-living room on the first floor, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a large bath, there is also a toilet with a washbasin on the ground floor in the living room, a dressing room and a laundry room. The villa also has a huge veranda with a jacuzzi and comfortable sofas overlooking the sea on the second floor, a second huge veranda on the first floor where you can play with children or relax, since this veranda is shaded most of the day. The villa has a huge private courtyard with a lawn and flower beds on two levels and parking for three cars in the yard. Also in the yard there is a recreation area with sun loungers and sofas under a shady arch, a swimming pool and a barbecue area with a large dining table. The entire territory of the villa is fenced and is only for the personal use of our guests.
On the ground floor of the house from the central entrance there is a huge living room with a sitting area with two comfortable sofas and a TV, as well as a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. A large balcony door connects the living room with a sitting area with sofas and sun loungers in the yard, and the pool area.
Both living room sofas fold out into two single beds each, which creates 4 comfortable sleeping places in the living room. Also on the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen where there is a second dining table for 8 people. Toilet with washbasin and laundry. On this floor there are two air conditioners in the living room and in the kitchen.
On the first floor of the house there is a second mini-living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and toilet. From the living room, a balcony door leads to a second large veranda in the backyard of the first floor. Bedroom No. 1 has a private balcony overlooking the sea and a table for morning coffee. In this bedroom there is a large double bed, TV, air conditioning, a large wardrobe and a mirror. Bedroom 2 is a very large room also with a stunning sea view, which has one large double bed and one single bed. There is also a desk, if anyone needs to work a little during your stay with us, air conditioning, large wardrobes and a mirror. In the mini-living room on the first floor there is also one single sofa bed and air conditioning.
On the second floor of the house is the largest VIP bedroom 3. This bedroom occupies the entire second floor of the house and has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the VIP bedroom 3 there is a large double bed and one single bed. This bedroom has a stunning sea view from the window and an exit to the roof veranda with a jacuzzi and a sitting area with comfortable sofas through a large balcony door. This bedroom also has a private dressing room with many wardrobes, a large mirror, air conditioning and a TV.

Villa Golden Sun has sleeping accommodation for 13 people. There is one large double bed in bedroom 1, a second large double bed and one single bed in bedroom 2, a third large double bed and one single bed in bedroom 3, a single sofa bed in the mini living room on the first floor and two large sofa beds, each of which can be folded out into two single beds in the large living room on the ground floor.
The villa is modern and comfortably furnished with all new furniture and is well equipped with all household appliances. There are 6 air conditioners, good WI_FI throughout the house, a large TV in the living room and three TVs in each of the bedrooms, two hair dryers, mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner in the laundry room, as well as bed linen and towels and towels for the pool. Also a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker, French coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and dishes.

Villa Golden Sun is located in the resort of Anavissos on the South Coast of the Athenian Riviera, just 30 minutes drive from Athens Airport and 60 minutes drive from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. The villa is 1.8 km from the popular beach of Anavissos with many beach bars with sunbeds and umbrellas. This is a very beautiful huge sandy beach, also very popular among surfers. There are several boat rental agents on the beach.
On foot to this beach it is 25 minutes walk, so if you are tired of long walks, we would advise you to rent a car for your stay in our villa.
The central avenue of the resort of Anavissos is 1.2 km from the house, there you will find several large supermarkets for your shopping, a village market on Wednesdays and many restaurants and cafes for your evening walk. Anavissos is a very developed small town where you will also find everything you need for a comfortable stay, hairdressers, pharmacies, telephone shops, etc. Also a very beautiful place for an evening walk and dinner in a restaurant is the port village of Palya Fokea, which is 3 km. from our villa. There you will also find many restaurants, cocktail bars and cafes. Also living in our villa you can visit the Temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounion, which is only 25 minutes drive from the villa and Lake Vouliagmeni, also 25 minutes drive.
