Comfortably furnished and well-equipped apartment 50 sq.m. on the second floor in a residential complex just 20m. from the sea. In front of the apartment there is a balcony with a table for morning coffee with a panoramic view of the sea. In the courtyard of the complex is a parking lot and a playground with lawn and swings for your little ones to play. The apartment is located in the central part of the resort near all the necessary infrastructure.

The price of the apartment indicated on the website does not include taxes. Ecological tax is 8 euros per day.

Apartment:

Apartment 55 sq.m. on the second floor. In the front and rear of the apartment there are two balconies, one with a view to the courtyard and the playground, and the second with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea with a table for morning coffee. The house has an elevator, a large fenced yard with a lawn for playing children and parking.
The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with all new appliances.
Equipment apartment: two air conditioners, wi-fi, tv, iron, board, dryer, mosquito nets, constantly hot water, hair dryer, bed linen and towels, washing machine and a large wardrobe in the bedroom. Also in the kitchen is a large fridge with freezer, el. stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker – espresso, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils.

For a comfortable sleep of our guests there is a large double bed in the bedroom and a large folding double sofa in the living room, and for 5 guests there is a folding bed in the living room.
All furniture and equipment of the apartment is absolutely new.

MARE BLU apartments are located in the central part of the popular resort of Porto Rafti in Attica, 20 minutes drive from Athens airport and 40min. from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.
The complex where the apartments are located is located on a quiet beach line near the sea. The nearest beach is only 20m. distance. The nearest sandy beach 150m. from the house is located next to the popular cafe – restaurant Kazba Bar Kouzina.
Over the entire length of the coast 3-8 min. walk from the house there are many restaurants and cafes for your evening walk. 500m from the house there is a large children’s complex – a cafe with inflatable slides and animation. In a small fishing port 200m. from home you will find many cozy, traditional taverns with sea food, and in the mornings you can buy fresh fish directly from fishermen.

300m from the house on the central avenue there are two huge supermarkets, several meat, vegetable and fish shops, bakeries, shops with clothes and a lot of inexpensive barbecues and pizzerias where you can have not expensive and tasty lunch.

Really nice place in a great location next to the sea. The apartment has everything needed, even beach unbrella, beach towels and fully equipped kitchen. Oksana was very helpful, and the owner of the apartment was available whenever needed.
We spent 8 days at the apartment, and we look forward to returning.

It’s the second time we stay at this apartment. Everything was perfect! Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment was fully equipped and the owner very kind and helpful!

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the reference YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the pre-paid sum specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date of Down Payment Amount and complete its reservation. In this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. In the event that the prepayment is not paid at the agreed time, the agency and the administrator have the right to offer the facility to other customers and this post YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, it is considered invalid.
      – The Lessee undertakes to pay the remaining amount of the rent, the amount of the insurance deposit for the preservation of the property and the amount for the final cleaning of the house on the day of his / her arrival in the leased object.
      – The deposit for the preservation of property will be returned to the lessee at the time the leased object is handed over, unless there are any claims for compensation for damage to the equipment or furniture of the leased object, the tenant or members of his family.
      – The Tenant undertakes to arrive at the leased object with the number of persons indicated in the reservation details in the confirmation voucher. Otherwise, we reserve the right to either not receive additional guests in the house, or to demand payment from him for additional persons.
      – Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is before 11:00.

      OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY:
      – in case the client chooses the method of prepayment payment by bank transfer , the agency undertakes to provide the client with a confirmation voucher of his reservation as soon as the advance payment is received by the agency.
      – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the rented facility at the agreed time and handover of the keys. Or send instructions for contactless arrival at the rental property.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the leased object to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. , the entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
