The villa has a  beautiful green garden on three levels and a large relaxation area near the pool equipped with sunbeds and tables in the shade of trees for relaxation in the hot weather. Three villa apartments are located around the pool on different levels of the sloping terrain, so that each separate apartment has its own private veranda with an amazing view of the sea.
If you plan to relax with us as a group consisting of several families, each family can enjoy the peace and privacy of living in a separate apartment, but also enjoy being together in the pool area and on the huge veranda on the upper level of the house where there is a large dining table for romantic dinners overlooking sea ​​and relaxation area with sofas under a shade canopy.
Living in our house, you will enjoy amazing Greek landscapes, a combination of greenery, flowers and the blueness of the Aegean Sea, the singing of birds and the harmony of nature, peace and silence.

The main apartment of the villa is the Inspiration apartment, which occupies the entire upper floor of the villa and has an area of ​​100 sq.m. Apartment Inspiration, or VIP 1 as we call it, consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large and fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a large dining table. Also, this apartment has a huge veranda with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and has a second large dining table and a lounge area with sofas on the veranda under a shade canopy. The living room and veranda are connected by a large balcony door that creates a huge space and the whole group vacationing in the villa can gather in this apartment for a romantic dinner or evening gatherings.
Apartment Inspiration has sleeping places for 6 people. There is a large double bed in bedroom 1, two single beds in bedroom 2 and a folding double sofa in the living room.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and well equipped with all household appliances. There are three air conditioners in each of the bedrooms and in the living room, WI_FI, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, large TV in the living room, hair dryer, mosquito nets on the windows, bed linen and towels and pool towels. Also fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, electric. stove with oven, teapot, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and dishes.

The second largest apartment in the villa is the Daydream apartment, or apartment #2. This apartment is located on the lower level of the villa building, literally opposite the pool. The Daydream apartment, measuring 60 sq m, consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. This apartment also has a wonderful sea view from the living room and a private, cozy veranda with a dining table under a shady canopy and with a wonderful sea view in front of the apartment.
The Daydream apartment has sleeping accommodations for 5 people in comfort. There is a large double bed in the bedroom, and a second large double bed and a single sofa bed in the living room.

Bungalow, studio Positive is the smallest apartment of the villa with an area of ​​30 sq.m and is located in a separate small building at the level of the pool. This apartment – studio consists of one large room, bathroom and mini kitchen. This apartment also has a cozy private veranda with a dining table in the shade of a large tree and has a view of the pool area and the sea. Studio Positive is a small bungalow built with ecological materials and its roof is sown with grass and flowers. This creates a special comfort and coolness in this apartment during the hot summer months. Studio Positive has sleeping places for 3 guests, there is a large double bed and a folding single sofa-bed.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and well equipped with household appliances. Air conditioner, WI_FI, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets on the windows, bed linen and towels and pool towels. Also in the kitchen: refrigerator, el. stove, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and dishes.

1. The house also has a separate laundry room where there is a washing machine, folding clothes hangers, everything you need for cleaning (brushes, mops, bowls, vacuum cleaner and detergents).
2. The villa has one parking space which is located right next to the entrance gate of the villa, you can easily park the rest of the cars on the street near the house. As a rule, there are no problems with parking in our area.
3. Although the villa is only 800m. from the beach and it is only a 10-minute walk, still returning from the beach you will have to go uphill along the slope and this may be a bit tiring for some of you, so when planning your vacation in our house, take this into account and it is possible to organize a car rental.

Villa mini-complex Harmony is located in the resort of Lagonisi – Kalivia Thorikou in Attica, just 20 minutes driving distance from Athens airport and 45 min. driving distance from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.
The nearest beach with several beach bars with sunbeds and umbrellas, cafes and restaurants is only 800m. distance from the complex. A sandy beach with a gentle entrance to the sea, ideal for recreation with children of any age. Exit to the beach by underground passage, you will not have to cross the seaside road. At 700 m. distance from the house there is a large supermarket *Kritikos* where you will find everything you need, this is a large supermarket with a meat and vegetable section, as well as ready-cooked food in a package, which is very convenient for those who do not like to cook while on vacation. Also 700m. distance from the complex there is a cafe – bakery Apollonio where you can have breakfast in the morning or go for coffee or ice cream in the evening.
For evening walks, we recommend the seaside alley of the Varkiza resort, which is only  12-minute driving distance from the complex and has a huge number of restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars near the sea.
Also, our villa has excellent public transport connections with Athens. The bus stop for Athens is located 700 m distance from the complex on the beach road. Bus No 122 goes to the nearest metro station “ELLINIKO’ . From there you can take the metro and in 10-15 min you are in the center of Athens.
