The Nema Villas 2 complex consists of three completely detached villas, each with a private pool and terrace with stunning panoramic sea view and a private courtyard. There is a parking lot at the top of the complex. Two villas with an area of ​​80 square meters and accommodate 6 people each and one villa with an area of ​​60 square meters and can accommodate 4 people. The complex is located on the neck of the third finger of the island and it turns out so the sea is 100m from you in one direction and 200m. in the other direction. From all sides of the yard and from all rooms of each house you can see a delightful panoramic view of the sea.

The complex is located in a very quiet secluded place away from the village. All three villas at Nema Villas 2 have a private pool and a terrace with stunning panoramic sea view and a private courtyard.

The 80sqm villa for 6 people features a 30sqm private pool and consists of a living room with a seating area with comfortable sofas, a TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and two master bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
Through the large front windows of the living room you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the pool. The pool seating area is also equipped with a dining table for romantic dinners on the veranda and sun loungers and parasols by the pool. For a comfortable sleep of our guests there is one double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second as well as two single sofas in the living room.

The villa is comfortably modernly furnished and fully equipped with all the necessary household appliances. 3 air conditioners (one in each room of the house), WI – FI, TV with satellite TV, hair dryer, safe, mosquito nets, electric stove with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a full set of utensils for cooking, bed linen and towels for the bathroom and pool.

From Airport – Actio 40-50 min. drive to the resort of Nydri on the southeast side of Lefkada. Also, the island of Lefkada from Athens or from Thessaloniki can be reached by car, it is about 3-5 hours on the motorway.
From Nidri 20 min. ferry to the port of Spilia in Spartochori. Ferry service from 7.00 to 19.30 almost every hour. From the port of Spilia to the complex 6 km. 13 minutes drive.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave home appliances and cranes turned on when out of the house.
      – The tenant agrees to live in the leased object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING TERMS AND POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY:

      – the agency undertakes to transfer the tenant to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal functioning, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank , if the cancellation takes place two months before the start date of the lease.
      – if the reservation is canceled by the lessee within a period of less than 60 days before the starting date of the lease (check in), the prepayment for the reservation is not refundable.
