Jacuzzi and huge sofas on the veranda, as well as the exquisite design of the house and high quality equipment will allow you to relax and enjoy your staying with us. The apartment occupy the entire area of ​​the last floor of a large three-storey house which is only 40m. from the sea and goes straight to the promenade of the resort with many cafes, restaurants and shops for your evening stroll. The children’s complex for our youngest guests is only 100m. from the house. The nearest beaches are 50-80m. from the house and a long waterfront pavement where joking enthusiasts practice in the morning also starts just a few meters from the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Porto Blue! The view was just as beautiful as you see in the pictures, and the apartment was modern, well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable for our group of 4. There’s quite a bit of nightlife around, and a great variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous apartment! The view is stunning and the decked balcony with hot tub was a real highlight. The apartment is stunning, clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 4 with all the modern facilities you need.
Oksana was a great host with very clear and quick communication. We will definately be back.

We were really enjoyed our staying at Porto Blue. The flat was adorable, looked even better than at pictures. We had all equipment and even more. Our staying was really comfortable. And the best thing is the view from the balcony. It was amazing!

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

      CANCELLATION POLICY:
