PORTO D'ORO - Spa Jacuzzi LUXURY APARTMENT is a new modernly furnished apartment with a jacuzzi on the veranda and a wonderful sea view in the port town of Lavrio, 35 min. drive from Athens airport.

Elite apartment of 95 sq.m with a large front veranda with amazing view of the sea, the island of Makronisos and the port of Lavrio for a comfortable stay for 6 people. Jacuzzi and cozy sofa on the veranda, as well as exquisite design and high quality equipment of the apartment will allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation. The apartment is located on the third floor of a new building, only 200m. from the sea and 10 minutes walk from the port, the central square of the resort, the promenade and the yacht port with many cafes and restaurants. Lavrio resort is located in the southern part of the Attica region, 60 minutes drive from the center of Athens and the Acropolis, 15 minutes from the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion and a short drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Sounio resort.

PORTO D'ORO LUXURY APARTMENT:

New comfortable apartment of 95 sq.m on the third floor of a new building with an elevator. The apartment has two large bedrooms, each with a private balcony. A huge living room with a dining table and a seating area with  comfortable sofa, TV and fireplace. Also a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and  bathroom with tub and toilet.
From the living room there is access to a large front veranda with amazing view of the sea and the port of Lavrio. The veranda has a Jacuzzi and comfortable sofa where you can sunbathe in the morning and relax in the Jacuzzi while watching the amazing sunrise over the island of Makronisos and enjoy the pleasant coolness of the veranda at lunchtime when the sun sets on the back of the house.
The apartment owns a parking space in the basement garage of the building. The building has an elevator.
For a comfortable sleep of our guests, there is one large double bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that converts into one large double bed or two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a work desk with an office chair.

The apartment is decorated and furnished with exquisite taste and equipped with all new appliances: air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room, new TVs with Smart TV and Netflix in each bedroom and in the living room, WI-FI, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and board , vacuum cleaner, bed linen and towels. PORTO D’ORO APARTMENT is located in the port resort town of Lavrio, just 200m. from the sea and 700m. or 10 minutes walk from the port, the central square of the resort, the promenade and the yacht port with many cafes and restaurants for your evening stroll. Lavrio resort is a large and very developed resort town where there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Several large supermarkets, telephone shops, banks and many cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars. The nearest supermarket is 700m. from the apartment. Rural market on Thursdays 500m. from the apartment. On the central square of the resort 650m. from the apartment you will find a beautiful fountain alley with many shops, restaurants and cafes.
Lavrio resort is located in the southern part of the Attica region, 60 minutes drive from the center of Athens and the Acropolis, 35 minutes from the Athens airport and 15 minutes from the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio, as well as a short drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Sounio resort. The nearest sandy beach is Perdika, 2.5 km away. It is 5 minutes drive from the apartment. We also highly recommend Puntazeza Beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and a beach bar with refreshing drinks and a restaurant located 5 km distance from the apartment. And of course the famous Aegeon beach also with sunbeds, umbrellas with a beach bar and a restaurant. This beach is 15 minutes drive from the apartment it is at the foot of the Temple of Poseidon and has amazing view of the Cape.

Lavrio is the largest yachting center of Attica and is also famous for its surf clubs and diving schools, which attract tourists to our places all year round.
From the port of Lavrio you can take a day trip to the nearby islands of Kea and Kythnos.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the reference YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the pre-paid sum specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date of Down Payment Amount and complete its reservation. In this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. In the event that the prepayment is not paid at the agreed time, the agency and the administrator have the right to offer the facility to other customers and this post YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, it is considered invalid.
      – The Lessee undertakes to pay the remaining amount of the rent, the amount of the insurance deposit for the preservation of the property and the amount for the final cleaning of the house on the day of his / her arrival in the leased object.
      – The deposit for the preservation of property will be returned to the lessee at the time the leased object is handed over, unless there are any claims for compensation for damage to the equipment or furniture of the leased object, the tenant or members of his family.
      – The Tenant undertakes to arrive at the leased object with the number of persons indicated in the reservation details in the confirmation voucher. Otherwise, we reserve the right to either not receive additional guests in the house, or to demand payment from him for additional persons.
      – Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is before 11:00.
      – the tenant and his group undertake to observe the quiet hours established in Greece from 15:00 – 17:30 and after 23:00
      – organization of parties and events in the rented facility is strictly prohibited.
      – pets are allowed only with a special pre-established permit and must be indicated in the voucher as an additional service.
      OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY:
      – in case the client chooses the method of prepayment payment by bank transfer , the agency undertakes to provide the client with a confirmation voucher of his reservation as soon as the advance payment is received by the agency.
      – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the rented facility at the agreed time and handover of the keys. Or send instructions for contactless arrival at the rental property.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the leased object to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. , the entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
