An ideal offer for families with small children. The apartment of 50 sq.m. is located on the ground floor and has a cozy fenced yard with a sitting area with comfortable sofas in the front of the apartment and a veranda with a dining table in the backyard of the apartment. The apartment consists of a large living room, one bedroom, a separate kitchen room and a bathroom. The apartment is located in an apartment complex which has parking in the courtyard of the complex.
The nearest two restaurants are 350m from the apartment, a large supermarket is 1.8 km. from the apartment. 300 m from the apartment there is bus stop 122 which goes to the nearest Athens metro station Elinikko.

Apartment :

Apartment 50 sq.m. located on the ground floor of the building, which is very convenient for families with small children and elderly guests. To enter our apartment you do not need to climb the stairs. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with all new appliances. Two air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room, also two large TVs, WI-FI, iron, board, wardrobe in the bedroom, washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, mosquito nets, bed linen and towels. Also fully equipped kitchen: – hob with oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, French and Nespresso coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, as well as kitchen utensils and crockery.
For a comfortable sleep for our guests, there is a large double bed in the bedroom, and a folding double sofa in the living room. There is also a cot and high chair for feeding babies.
There is parking in the courtyard of the complex. The complex in which the apartment is located has two entrances from the central seaside highway, where the parking lot of the complex is located, and from the courtyard on the side of Kresna Street.

Area and infrastructure overview:

Vety’s Apartment is located in the resort of Lagonisi in Attica, a 25-minute drive from Athens Airport and 45 minutes from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.
The apartment is located in a residential complex opposite the sea and the Grand Resort Lagonissi Hotel, and 180 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Pefkos. Access to the beach is via a path along the coastal highway and an underpass. Two restaurants, one with seafood and one with burgers, are located 350 meters from the apartment. Bus number 122, which connects the apartments to the nearest Athens metro station, Elinikko, has a stop 300 meters from the apartment. This provides an ideal public transport connection between the apartments and the center of Athens.

Also 250 meters from the apartments is the beautiful, organized beach of the Lagonisi Grand Resort Hotel. Entrance for two people on weekdays costs 15 euros and includes two sun loungers and an umbrella. There is also a mini market 300 meters from the apartments. It is not a large supermarket, but it has a wide selection of products. For larger purchases, you can take a bus to a large supermarket.

The central alley of the resort of Lagonisi is 1 km from the complex, a 15-minute walk. On the central alley you will find many restaurants and cafes for evening walks, a mini market, a greengrocer, a bakery, a hairdresser and a pharmacy. A large supermarket is 1.8 km from the complex. In addition, staying in our apartments, you can reach by car or bus 122: – Lake Vouliagmeni, 15 minutes drive from the house, – the famous resort of Varkiza with many popular beach bars with water sports and entertainment, 15 minutes drive, as well as the popular areas of Athens, Glyfada, Voula and Vouliagmeni, only 20 or 25 minutes by bus from the house.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the reference YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the pre-paid sum specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date of Down Payment Amount and complete its reservation. In this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. In the event that the prepayment is not paid at the agreed time, the agency and the administrator have the right to offer the facility to other customers and this post YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, it is considered invalid.
      – The Lessee undertakes to pay the remaining amount of the rent, the amount of the insurance deposit for the preservation of the property and the amount for the final cleaning of the house on the day of his / her arrival in the leased object.
      – The deposit for the preservation of property will be returned to the lessee at the time the leased object is handed over, unless there are any claims for compensation for damage to the equipment or furniture of the leased object, the tenant or members of his family.
      – The Tenant undertakes to arrive at the leased object with the number of persons indicated in the reservation details in the confirmation voucher. Otherwise, we reserve the right to either not receive additional guests in the house, or to demand payment from him for additional persons.
      – Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is before 11:00.
      – the tenant and his group undertake to observe the quiet hours established in Greece from 15:00 – 17:30 and after 23:00
      – organization of parties and events in the rented facility is strictly prohibited.
      – pets are allowed only with a special pre-established permit and must be indicated in the voucher as an additional service.
      OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY:
      – in case the client chooses the method of prepayment payment by bank transfer , the agency undertakes to provide the client with a confirmation voucher of his reservation as soon as the advance payment is received by the agency.
      – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the rented facility at the agreed time and handover of the keys. Or send instructions for contactless arrival at the rental property.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the leased object to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. , the entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
