Villa Eleni with private pool, private fenced yard and BBQ on the picturesque island of Meganisi, four nautical miles from the southeast side of Lefkada.

Villa Eleni with panoramic sea view for a comfortable stay for 6 people. The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with comfortable sofas, a TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and four huge verandas with dining tables and morning coffee tables for romantic breakfasts and dinners on the veranda with stunning view of the sea and pool area. The villa is located in a secluded quiet place on the slope of a green hill just 300m. from the sea and 200m. from the village of Spartochori with cozy cafes, restaurants and shops where you can go for an evening walk and shopping. The sea in a straight line is only 300m. from the villa but to walk to the beach on the road it is 1 km. – 15 minutes  walk.

Our office assures that all our accommodations are cleaned and disinfected according to the standards set by the European Union for the treatment of the disease COVID-19 with steam cleaners and appropriate disinfectants.

Villa Eleni:

Villa Eleni has a private large pool with jacuzzi, private fenced yard with lawn and olive trees, BBQ area and parking for two cars.

Villa 120sqm for 6 persons consists of three master bedrooms each with private bathroom, living room with comfortable sofas and TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms and living room have 4 private verandas with dining and morning coffee tables with stunning panoramic sea view. The relaxation area by the pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

For a comfortable sleep of our guests there is one double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other two bedrooms.

The villa is comfortably furnished and fully equipped with all the necessary household appliances. 4 air conditioners, WI – FI, TV, hair dryer, safe, mosquito nets, food. stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and a full set of utensils for cooking, bed linen and towels for the bathroom and pool.

Villa Eleni is located in a secluded quiet place on the slope of a green hill just 300m. from the sea and 200m. from the village of Spartochori with cozy cafes, restaurants and grocery stores where you can go for an evening walk and shopping. The sea in a straight line is only 300m. from the villa but to walk to the beach on the road it is 1 km. – 15 minutes. walk. The nearest beach is Spilia beach with small pebbles and a gentle entrance to the sea, ideal for families with children of all ages. On the beach there is a beach bar with sun loungers and umbrellas and a cozy Spilia tavern with delicious homemade food.

Villa Eleni is only 1 km away. from the port of Spilia where you will arrive from Lefkada by ferry. From the port of the villa or 3 min. by car or 15 min. on foot.

You can only get to Meganisi island from the Nidri resort on Lefkada island. You can fly to Aktio – Levkada airport, then 40-50 min. the way from the airport to the resort of Nidri and from Nidri 20 minutes. ferry to the port of Spilia-Spartochori. Also, Lefkada Island can be reached by car. The island is connected to the mainland by a drawbridge. By car from Athens or Thessaloniki along the motorway, it is respectively 4-3 hours.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 07:30  morning).
      – The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING TERMS AND POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the link YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the prepaid payment sum specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date Of Down Payment Amount and to complete its reservation. In this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients.       OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY:
      – in case the client chooses the method of prepayment payment by bank transfer or the Unistream system, the agency undertakes to provide the customer with a confirmation voucher of his reservation as soon as the advance payment is received by the agency.
      – after completion of the booking, the agency undertakes to provide the Guarantee Armor to the client with the passport data of all members of his group or family for manifestation to the embassy and obtaining a visa.
      – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the leased object at the agreed time and handing over of the keys and also the reception of the object on the day of departure, the surrender of the house.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the tenant to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal functioning, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
      NOTIFICATION- COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS).
      In connection with the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, if there is a new border closure, the emergency policies apply with full refund of the deposit up to 7 days before check in.
      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. The entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
