The villa consists of a huge living room with seating area with comfortable sofas and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a large front veranda with a dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea and the surrounding islands. Also on the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a kitchen balcony. The second floor of the villa consists of three bedrooms, a large front veranda overlooking the sea with sun loungers and a table for morning coffee. Also on the second floor there is a balcony of the third bedroom overlooking the green mountain landscape and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. In front of the villa there is a lawned patio and parking for two cars.
The villa is modernly comfortably furnished and equipped with all necessary household appliances: 4 air conditioners (in each bedroom and in the living room), 2 TVs, very good WI-FI, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito net on all windows and balcony doors, constantly hot water, washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, four folding chairs and an umbrella for the beach, bed linen and bath and beach towels. A baby cot and baby chair can be delivered on request. Villa Venera is located in the elite residential complex Sounio Dea Del Mare by the sea, next to the wonderful sandy Asimaki beach. Access to the beach along the path directly from the veranda of the villa. There is no road between the villa and the beach, the house is located on the very seashore.

For shopping and evening walks there is a bakery – mini market and several restaurants just 250m. from the house .
Also for shopping and entertainment we recommend the port town of Lavrio 3 km. from the complex.
In Lavrio you can find large supermarkets, Jambo children’s world meat, bakery , vegetable and fish shops, pharmacies, telephone shops, rural market on Thursdays. And for an evening walk, there are many traditional tavernas with sea food, cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, etc.
Also you can organize a ferry trip to the nearest islands of Kea and Kithnos or go diving in one of the diving schools of which there are several in Lavrio.
If you decide to rest with your private boat there is a port of private boats OLYMPIC MARINE just 2.5 km from the house.
– The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
– The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
– The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
– It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
– The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.
BOOKING TERMS AND POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY:
– from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the link YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the prepaid payment amount specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date Of Down Payment Amount and to complete its reservation.
