Apartment 70 sq.m. for a comfortable stay for 5 persons has two huge bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large front veranda with a dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea and a delightful sunset over the bay of Saronida beach. The apartment is located in the center of the resort and literally opposite the beach. Access to the beach through the underpass. The nearest cafes and restaurants are only 150m. from the apartment, a large supermarket 120m. , bus stop 122 which goes to the nearest station of the Athens metro Eliniko only 180m. from the apartment. Our apartment is an ideal place for a family vacation without renting a car and for business trips.

Apartment VISTA MARE :

Modernly furnished and equipped with all new furniture and household appliances apartment of 70 sq.m on the second floor in a residential complex with an elevator. The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a large double bed and a seating area with a corner sofa and TV. The sofa also converts into a double bed. The second bedroom has one large double bed and one single bed, TV, as well as a desk with an armchair and a table lamp for working at a distance. In front of the apartment there is a huge veranda with a dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea and the amazing sunset over Saronida beach.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances: 2 air conditioners, 2 Smart TVs with Netflix, very good WI-FI, mosquito nets, hair dryer, iron and board, washing machine, bed linen and towels, as well as beach towels.

The kitchen has: – an electric stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, as well as dishes and everything you need for cooking.
The dining room has a dining table with chairs, a dressing table and a large mirror.

There is a cafe with a public swimming pool next to the apartment. The cafe and swimming pool do not belong to our residential complex and we do not know when it is open and when it is not. Entrance to the pool is paid and costs 5 euros in the season of 23.
The apartment does not have private parking, parking on the street.

VISTA MARE apartments are located in a residential complex near the sea in the center of the famous resort of the Athenian Riviera, Saronida. The distance to the beautiful sandy Saronida beach is only 80m. , access to the beach through the underground passage. The central area of the resort with many cafes and restaurants for your evening walk is only 150m. from the house. In the central square there is a beautiful fenced playground for your kids. Large supermarket 120m. from the apartment. Village market every Monday 200m. from the house .
Also ideal public transport links to Athens. Only 180m. from the house there is a bus stop 122 which goes to the Elliniko metro station in Athens, from where it takes 14 minutes by metro to the central square of Athens Syntagma and to the Acropoli Station.
Also by bus 122 you can visit the famous youth areas of Glyfada and Vouliagmeni with many elite restaurants and nightclubs.
Also from the airport you can get to Saronida by public transport with a transfer in Glyfada to bus 122.

The resort of Saronida is located on the South side of Attica, only 25 minutes by car from the Airport and 45 minutes from the center of Athens.
Also the south side of Atika is famous for the most beautiful beaches that you can visit or 5-10 min. drive by car or bus 122 or 123 which leave from the central square of Saronida 180m. from the apartment.
Our apartment is an ideal place for a comfortable family vacation without a car and for business trips.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the reference YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the pre-paid sum specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date of Down Payment Amount and complete its reservation. In this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients.       OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY:
      – in case the client chooses the method of prepayment payment by bank transfer , the agency undertakes to provide the client with a confirmation voucher of his reservation as soon as the advance payment is received by the agency.
      – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the rented facility at the agreed time and handover of the keys. Or send instructions for contactless arrival at the rental property.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the leased object to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. , the entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
