Parter domu, połączony dużymi oknami balkonowymi z dziedzińcem oraz basenem i miejscem do grillowania, obejmuje: duży salon z kącikiem wypoczynkowym z wygodnymi sofami i telewizorem; jadalnię ze stołem; dużą, w pełni wyposażoną kuchnię; sypialnię; oraz łazienkę z prysznicem i toaletą.
Na piętrze willi znajdują się trzy duże sypialnie główne, każda z prywatną łazienką, telewizorem i dużą szafą lub garderobą. Czerwone i różowe sypialnie posiadają drzwi balkonowe i wyjście na duży taras z widokiem na morze. Limonkowa sypialnia posiada prywatny balkon ze stolikiem na wczesną kawę i widokiem na ogród.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:

      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 07:30  morning).
      – The tenant, renting this housing, takes responsibility for the safe use of the pool personally by him and his group members. The landlord is not responsible for any bodily harm to the tenant and his group that is caused by improper use of the pool.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

      CANCELLATION POLICY:
