Квартира сучасно мебльована та обладнана для комфортного проживання 6 осіб. У спальні №1 є велике двоспальне ліжко, туалетний столик з дзеркалом та велика шафа для зберігання одягу. У спальні №2 є два односпальні ліжка а у вітальні великий розкладний диван який розкладається на два односпальні ліжка. Усього це становить 6 зручних спальних місць. У кожній спальні та у вітальні є телевізор і кондиціонер. У передпокої є стійка з високими стільцями, підсвічуванням та розетками, де ви зможете зручно працювати з вашим ноутбуком.
У передній частині квартири є дві веранди. Велика веранда з обіднім столом має в своєму розпорядженні величезну тіньову заслінку, яка захищає веранду від сонця в спекотні дні і від вітру в вітряну погоду, ви зможете відпочивати на цій веранді майже в будь-яку погоду. На веранді вітальні є столик для ранкової кави з кріслами.

Центральна площа курорт з безліччю кафе та ресторанів для вашої вечірньої прогулянки знаходиться всього 100м від квартири. На центральній площі є гарний обгороджений дитячий майданчик для гри ваших малюків. Також 200м. від квартири є прогулянкова набережна алея яхтового порту біля моря де ви зможете зробити вашу ранкову пробіжку або прогулятися біля моря ввечері. Буквально навпроти квартири є великий сосновий парк із церквою Святої Ірини у його глибині.
Також курорт Паля Фокеа має ідеальне сполучення громадським транспортом з Афінами.       – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Умови бронювання

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

      – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the rented facility at the agreed time and handover of the keys. Or send instructions for contactless arrival at the rental property.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the leased object to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. , the entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
