The apartment of 70 sq. m for comfortable accommodation of 6 persons has two verandas overlooking the green park, two bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the large veranda under a shade canopy there is a dining table for 6 persons for romantic dinners on the veranda. Our apartment is an ideal place for a family vacation without a car. The apartment is located on a quiet street opposite the pine park and the Church of St. Irene. The nearest cafes and restaurants you will find literally 20 m from the house, and on the promenade and the central square of the resort 100 m from the apartment, there are still many restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, a playground and many shops (bakeries, pharmacies, supermarket, butcher’s shop) and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The price of the apartment indicated on the website does not include taxes. Ecological tax is 8 euros per day.

Spacious Modern apartment:

The apartment is modernly furnished and equipped for comfortable accommodation of 6 people. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, a dressing table with a mirror and a large wardrobe for storing clothes. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and in the living room there is a large sofa bed that can be folded out into two single beds. In total, this makes up 6 comfortable sleeping places. Each bedroom and the living room have a TV and air conditioning. In the hallway there is a counter with high chairs, lighting and sockets where you can comfortably work with your laptop.
In the front part of the apartment there are two verandas. The large veranda with a dining table has a huge shade screen that protects the veranda from the sun on hot days and from the wind in windy weather, you can relax on this veranda in almost any weather. On the living room veranda there is a table for morning coffee with chairs. The apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances: 3 air conditioners, 3 Smart TVs with Netflix, good WI-FI, mosquito nets, hair dryer, iron and board, washing machine, bed linen and towels, as well as beach towels

The kitchen has: – an electric stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, as well as dishes and everything you need to cook.
The apartment does not have a private parking, but you will always find a parking space near the house on the street.
Also, there is no elevator in the house and to enter the apartment you need to go up the stairs, this is only the first floor.

“Spacious Modern apartment” is located in a small residential complex in the very center of the resort of Palia Fokea on the southern coast of the Athenian Riviera. 30 minutes drive from Athens airport and 60 minutes from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. The nearest beach is only 200 m from the apartment and a beautiful sandy beach with sun loungers and umbrellas and a beach bar ParaDais Beach Bar is only 500 m from the apartment. The central square of the resort with many cafes and restaurants for your evening walk is only 100 m from the apartment. In the central square there is a beautiful fenced playground for your kids to play. Also 200 m from the apartment there is a promenade alley of the yacht port by the sea where you can do your morning jog or walk by the sea in the evening. Literally opposite the apartment there is a large pine park with the church of St. Irene in its depths. Also the resort of Palia Fokea has ideal public transport connections with Athens. Just 220m from the apartment there is a bus stop for bus 123 which goes to the resort of Saronidu, where you can change to bus 122 and get to the Elliniko metro station in Athens. By metro to the central square of Athens Syntagma and to the Acropoli Station, it is 12-14 minutes.

      TERMS OF USE AT HOME:
      – The lessee is obliged to properly operate the leased object and equipment, keep the house clean and decent, and also respect the house using energy resources (water and electricity) and do not leave household appliances and cranes on when out of the house.
      – The tenant is obliged to live in a rented object to observe the rules of decency, safety and respecting the customs of local residents to observe a quiet hour (from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to the morning).
      – The lessee is obliged to leave the leased object, hand over it to the lessor with all household appliances and furniture in the initial state, otherwise he is responsible for compensation for the damage caused to him.
      – It is prohibited to organize parties and events without special permission.
      In the event of an unplanned party or non-observance of the quiet hour, the owner has the right to ask guests to leave the house and interrupt the rental at any time.
      – The use of water and wi-fi is included in the rent and is not obligated to additional surcharges, as well as electricity consumption.

      Booking conditions

      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
      – from the moment of receipt by the tenant of the reference YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, the lessee is obliged to enter the pre-paid sum specified in the request before the indicated date table of the Date of Down Payment Amount and complete its reservation. In this period, the leased object is in the process of booking and is not offered by the agency to other clients. In the event that the prepayment is not paid at the agreed time, the agency and the administrator have the right to offer the facility to other customers and this post YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, it is considered invalid.
      – The Lessee undertakes to pay the remaining amount of the rent, the amount of the insurance deposit for the preservation of the property and the amount for the final cleaning of the house on the day of his / her arrival in the leased object.
      – The deposit for the preservation of property will be returned to the lessee at the time the leased object is handed over, unless there are any claims for compensation for damage to the equipment or furniture of the leased object, the tenant or members of his family.
      – The Tenant undertakes to arrive at the leased object with the number of persons indicated in the reservation details in the confirmation voucher. Otherwise, we reserve the right to either not receive additional guests in the house, or to demand payment from him for additional persons.
      – Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is before 11:00.

      OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY:
      – in case the client chooses the method of prepayment payment by bank transfer , the agency undertakes to provide the client with a confirmation voucher of his reservation as soon as the advance payment is received by the agency.
      – the agency is obliged to arrange a meeting of the client in the rented facility at the agreed time and handover of the keys. Or send instructions for contactless arrival at the rental property.
      – the agency undertakes to transfer the leased object to the tenant in excellent condition, clean, with clean and ironed bed linen and towels, with all utilities and equipment of the leased object in a state of full and normal operation, as well as sanitary installations (water supply, sewerage).
      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      In case of cancellation of the reservation by the lessee, the lessee has the right to:
      – to receive a full prepayment sum with a deduction of bank losses, if the cancellation takes place earlier than 40 day before the start date of the lease (check in).
      – in case of cancellation of the reservation by the agency due to natural disaster, war, mobilization, fire, earthquake, etc. , the entire amount of the advance payment is returned to the lessee without any additional charges.
